Event Planning
Our first event planning course is now available and will be held at the Hull University in partnership with the Hull Students Union. The course will be held on the 4th and 5th October 2010 and is offered at a 50% discounted rate to make this a really good opportunity for candidates. The course content is very practical and offers a level two accredited nationally recognised qualification which has been developed by the BIIAB at the industrys request. 

New Training Venues
From September 2010 we will be operating out of two new training venues, one in Pickering, North Yorkshire and the other in the East Riding of Yorkshire. Both venues have come about as a result of working in partnership with community provision and are school based but in dedicated training faciltities. Foodsafeuk
We have worked in partnership as the exclusive provider for Licensing training for  Foodsafeuk Ltd for the last two years and at a recent review we were able to report that we had achieved a one hundred percent pass rate over that time we continue to build our working relationship with Foodsafe uk  and are looking forward to another great year.

BIIAB
We have maintained our Grade Two Centre Approval status with the BIIAB with a ninety nine percent  exam pass rate for last year so  pleased with that and we are working to achieve a grade one for next year.
